RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
As with your local plant nursery or personal product vendor, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. We ship out only the best of the best and are so dedicated to quality that we would cancel an order rather than ship a substandard product. As soon as the product leaves our hands (via shipment or local pick-up), we can neither control nor bear responsibility for its condition.
We are happy to help facilitate your insurance claim in the rare instance of damage in transit. đ
All live plants ship via USPS Priority 2-3 day mail - they ship beautifully!
Each plant box is labeled with âfragileâ and âupâ arrows â most on every side of box â as well as âkeep coolâ neon instruction.
Each priority mail plant package is insured with $50-$100 insurance for full cost (product + shipping) in case of damage in transit (very rare).
Most other products ship USPS First Class mail, with insurance optional.
All of our printing paper is 30% recycled paper. Our packing materials are re-used, recycled, or at least 30% recycled materials.

IF YOU NEED TO MAKE A USPS CLAIM:
- if your order has been "in transit" for more than a week, file the "missing package claim" on usps.com.
- If you have late delivery and a plant baby problem, of course first contact us immediately. Then you'll want to file the USPS claim -
To file a USPS claim, just upload pics to the "file a domestic claim" at usps.com.
You'll need a pic of: the plant/s, the shipping label, each side of the box, & your invoice.
Orders are insured for the FULL PURCHASE PRICE and you will receive the refund.
IF there is a problem, PLEASE use your insurance - that's why you bought it!!
